Nylon Ball Plungers – Steel

Nylon Ball Plungers – Steel are compact spring loaded devices for positioning, locating, indexing, torque limiting, gear shifters and detents where a non-marring and electrically insulating contact surface is required. A steel body with nylon ball resists repeated impacts, moisture and solvents and withstands heat up to 190°F. Finishes include zinc plate with black, gold or clear chromate. Offered in ANSI thread sizes 4-48 through 5/8-11 and metric M3 x 0.5 through M16 x 2.0 with controlled end forces. Thread lock variants are listed in the tables.
