Tooling Flanges

Tooling flanges are mounting components for tooling fixtures that use a horizontal application of a threaded spring-loaded device. They are compatible with a wide range of spring-loaded devices and tooling fixture components and help eliminate the need for custom tooling blocks in workholding and fixture applications. Available for 1/4–20 and 1/2–13 threaded spring-loaded devices as TF25 and TF50. Product not available in metric.

• Threaded spring-loaded device size (1/4–20 or 1/2–13)
• Tooling flange part number (TF25 or TF50)
• Application requirement (horizontal fixture mounting)
• Mounting and envelope dimensions (A–H per table)
